I am an independent accountant specialising in the Tour Operators’ Margin Scheme for VAT (TOMS) and am well known in the travel industry and Customs. I was previously a tax partner in KPMG.

Many tour operators overpay TOMS, in my experience, and I want to see if you have. If you have paid too much I normally offer to agree the repayment with Customs for a fee of 25% of the repayment - plus VAT of course. No repayment, no fee.

There is a 3 year time limit on repayment claims so the sooner the better.
